GUANGZHOU, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- Wei Chen Yang of Chinese Taipei beat Pen Ek Karaket of Thailand to take the men's 58kg taekwondo gold medal at the 16th Asian Games here on Saturday.

Philippine Paul Romero and Chinese Xu Yongzeng got the bronze medals.
